Camden Valley Way has achieved an ‘excellent’ rating by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), which is the highest rating a childcare centre can achieve. Our experienced educators care for children aged six weeks to six years, in rooms carefully designed to engage children in our education program and cater to their changing needs, interests and abilities.

Lee Claxton

Lee commenced her position as Centre Director in November 2015. She holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) and has been working in the Early Childhood sector for the past 16 years.

Lee is a mother of two young boys aged three and five. She is passionate about delivering a service high in quality, warm in delivery and professional in approach. She loves networking with other early childhood professionals and industry bodies in order to stay current and informed on early childhood knowledge and practices.

Sara Howe

Sara commenced working for Care for Kindies in May 2012, originally managing Care for Kindies Knox Street before moving to the local Leppington area and commencing as a Co-Director of Care for Kindies Leppington in 2017.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood (birth to 12 years) coupled with 13 years’ experience working within the early childhood sector. Sara strives to encourage children to be imaginative, curious and to appreciate the natural world around them. Sara is passionate about early childhood education and continually strives to develop her practices through on going learning and collaboration. She believes that a close bond between children, their families and educators provides children with the building block to becoming confident lifelong learners.

Sara is a mother to two young girls aged one and two. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and reading good books.

Sara loves being part of the Care for Kindies family and looks forward to meeting you soon.
